In the silence, an obsidian-black wolf with glowing golden eyes emerges, locking eyes with her. Energy crackles in the air, as if something ancient stirs. Meanwhile, Everbrook is changing. The river slows, crops wither, and whispers haunt the air. An orphan girl warns, “The shadows don’t like to be forgotten.” In an abandoned chapel, Elara and scholar Edric find erased history and footprints that don’t belong to them.
