Australia’s Ancient Tale is a first person fiction story, set in 2025. The main idea of the story is to make Australia sound huge and deathly, but Heather, the main character wants to explore this barren land to find the ancient tale that has been said to sit in the middle of the country. The tale speaks of a magical land that is roamed by a beautiful creature, waiting for someone to find it. Will Heather succeed in her quest to finding this magical place? Is it even real? Or is it just a story?

Rainpaw is an apprentice she-cat of ThunderClan. All cats that live around the lake have a belief in their Warrior ancestors which are known as StarClan. Rainpaw has been brought up with her clanmates to believe in StarClan (heaven) but Rainpaw doesn’t believe. It is up to her to decide her fate. When she comes to the end of her life will she join her warrior ancestors in StarClan or will she be sent to the Dark Forrest? (Hell) There are four clans around the lake: ThunderClan, ShadowClan, RiverClan and WindClan. All clans have their own territory around the lake they share. They have laws known as The Warrior Code. They must not break it and stick to their borders in their own territories.
