Hello, I am Kali Rae.
I never expected to become a writer; in fact, it was the last thing on my list. It took two years of a friend’s persistence and one late-night phone call to change my mind. I went from saying "no thank you" to discovering my true passion.
Now, I build dark fantasy worlds from the ground up. My writing is about immersion. I want you to smell the wind drifting with the scent of jasmine, only to have it curdle into the creeping rot of something far more sinister.
In my stories, the world lives and breathes just as much as the protagonist. These are books filled with action, but also with the raw, heavy emotions of triumph, loss, and failure. You’ll find slow-burn romances that ache with tension, built on a foundation of trust that is earned, never given.
