In the world I lived in, love was just a word♥️
Updated at Jan 21, 2021, 03:40
No one believed in love in our world. People were broken, hurt and shattered in our world. They only believed in loyalty and money. Money and business was what matters nothing more. Keith grew up proving to people that love is just a word until one fateful day. He started doubting his words. On the other hand in my world life was money and there was nothing called love. What mattered more was business in our parent's lives not kids. Seeing a dead body across the road didn't terrify anyone in our world. It was indeed survival of the fittest. It was either you get killed or you kill. That was our world.

PAIN CHANGED ME...
Updated at Jan 11, 2021, 06:56
Growing up our life was blissful. We had a home full of laughter and love. The only tears we knew were of joy only. Pain was something rare in our family. We were united. Mr and Mrs khumalo were my parents. They taught me how to be a human being and that includes love, respect and being selfless as all of this makes a proper human being. I have got a brother who is loving and caring. He protects me with his life and showcase he is my hero.He is what l call my angel without wings. One fateful night l woke up to people screaming my fathers name. Immediately l heard gunshots, still trying to access that my brother threw himself in my bedroom and drag m to the fitted woodrobe closing my mouth in the process. He did not even give me a chance to ask him what was happening. Then we heard more gunshots being fired. After sometime we heard no voices and even my mother's pleading voice wasn't heard and thats were keith figured that there is something wrong. We sprang out of the woodrobe to the dinning were the noise was and thats where I met my worst nightmare and eventually my world stopped. There was my dad and mom shot dead. I turned to look at my brother, my angel and my heroe but I saw a different person not my Keith Thembalami Khuluma. I was still kneeling near my parents when I heard ambulance and police sirens. Police started buzzing in our home asking my traumatised brother questions. Our parent's dead bodies were taken away and l was left screaming my lungs out. The other police asked my brother weather it was cool to leave us alone and he said yes.
