Kat was tired of it all. The waiting for her mate, finding her mate and then being rejected by her mate and then watching her best friend get rejected as well. Being the daughte of an Alpha and coming from Alpha lines on both side of her family made her a strong female Alpha. The neighboring pack the Evergreen pack's Alpha rejected her and his Beta rejected her best friend Kilene whose parents were the pack gamma's daughter. Watching the heartache and living through her own and then watching her destined mate chose the Beta daughter of Birch pack and then having the nerve to invite her family as part of an alliance to his chosen mate's luna ceremony was too much. Because of these series of unfortunate events, Kat and Kilene decided to run but first they had to attend the stupid Luna ceremony first and they decided to go out with a bang!
