Psychologists and intellectuals say that training begins three years after the baby is born. According to experts, the child comes into this world with 40 to 50% influence from the parents and their family, so in choosing a spouse, one should make a thoughtful decision by thinking beyond one's emotions and thinking about one's future. Allah says: Save yourselves and your children from the Fire whose fuel is men and stones. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: No father can give his children a better gift than to teach them good manners. Parents have a right to their children to have a good name and to train them well. (Sahih Bukhari (Vol. 1, p. 222) Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Teach your children literature, for on the Day of Resurrection you will be asked about your children, what kind of literature you taught them, and what knowledge you taught them. The baby is like soft wet clay. The shape will be the same as the way we treat it. When mistakes are made, children should be trained wisely. The first thing to be explained is that if he makes a mistake despite the advice and easy explanation, he should be reprimanded in solitude and told about the evil of this deed and told not to do it again. If they still do not stop, a little beating can be done. This training method is for teenagers. As the children get older, you can try harder. You can't beat a child at this time, but you can be detached so that he realizes his mistake. If a child does a good deed, he should not hesitate to praise him for encouraging him. ۔ By no means do I want to convey that I recommend for the mother to be inactive. Training includes love, compassion, correction, as well as rigor. May Allah Almighty help the parents to fulfill their responsibilities towards their children in the best possible way.

Because as a teacher you have the ability to create and destroy a child's personality. It can bring positive changes in the personality of the student but also remember that your bitter words can also bring negative changes in him. When I was involved in the teaching profession, I tried to focus more on the weak, shy and low-speaking children in my studies. Because capable, confident and talkative children would get attention themselves. As a result, many children who were poor at reading were replaced only by my encouragement and special attention. The children in the class who were weak or shy in their studies were given different responsibilities and then if they fulfilled any responsibility or performed well, they would be praised in front of everyone. It instilled in them a desire to do better. Similarly, if someone had to be reprimanded / reprimanded, he would be reprimanded alone and at that time special care would be taken in the choice of words. Or the whole class was told together without naming anyone so that no child's self-esteem would be affected. I used to force the children who were shy and timid to put in a performance. Anyone, big or small, would roll so that this hesitation would come out of them. What usually happens is that all the attention is on the children who are good. Because they don't have to work hard !!!! In contrast, low-speaking and self-confident children demand hard work and time. Don't think of teaching as a profession! It is a worship. This is what the Prophets did ... Recognize your status, your position and your responsibilities !!!! It is easy for children to memorize syllabuses after going to school. The real thing is to improve their character !!!! Make a difference in their lives. Children of all ages remember their good and bad teachers, otherwise everyone else is part of the crowd. Understand your responsibilities that you have to give the country and society the best doctors, engineers, scientists and many other fields. And above all the future of the next generation is in your hands !!!! As the saying goes, teachers have the status of spiritual parents. Which are responsible for the child's behavior, speech and ideas. Where parents will be questioned. The teacher will also have to answer for his actions because Allah Almighty must have put this heavy responsibility on the teacher's shoulders after some thought. And the teacher will be held accountable for his actions. If you are a teacher, ask yourself if your conscience is satisfied with the way you teach ???? If the answer is yes then fine! And even if the answer is no, it's not too late ... Improve yourself as a teacher and show yourself as a practical and real teacher instead of a robot in the classroom.
