What is pain? This is a discomfort or a distress feeling that one gets on the body and it can be mild or very severe depending on what is the cause. Recovery is the process by which a person returns to their normal state of health after a period of being sick. Pain is meant to make you uncomfortable or caution you to stop doing something that brings that pain. When we do something that brings pain our nervous system in the brain are triggered. This is seen when we touch something hot or cold. How we react to pain is different from one person to another because our bodies are different. You might find someone has a broken elbow and he or she is not feeling anything while someone with a twisted toe is writhing in pain. We have so many types of pains that are experienced by so many people across the world. Some of these pain are very severe while others are not that severe. Pain varies from one person to another.
