The Third World War (2025-2030): It is not a global nuclear war, but a "seven day nuclear winter" triggered by the misjudgment of major military leaders. About 200 new nuclear weapons were used worldwide to destroy a large number of military nodes and capital circles of a major country, generating electromagnetic pulses and radiation dust that paralyzed the global network and ecology, and the command systems of major countries collapsed together. The scorched earth agreement (2031): In a desperate situation where civilization was on the brink of decline, the surviving countries signed an agreement in Singapore. There are three core terms: 1. Non military zones on Earth and the Moon: No military actions are allowed within the Earth's atmosphere or in low Earth orbit, and the Earth becomes a sacred site for joint restoration. The moon has become a common base for countries to colonize space, with each country occupying it in different regions. 2. Unrestricted competition in outer space: In the solar system beyond the Earth Moon orbit, the actions of all countries are not restricted by any international law. 3. Technology sharing and resource exclusivity: Basic survival and ecological restoration technologies are forcibly shared, but the right to exploit extraterrestrial resources is obtained through strength. The story begins with a young man of the new generation.
