A human baby girl is discovered in the woods by the Beta and taken to the pack house where she is raised among wolves. Despite growing up among them, she lacks the ability to shift into a wolf herself and is often disregarded and left alone. She does not have a name and is called a "girl" which shows how insignificant she is for the pack. However, things take a turn when the Beta\'s daughter and her friends begin to bully her out of envy. Eventually, she decides to leave the pack but requires the Alpha\'s permission to do so. That\'s when the Alpha\'s son proposes a deal: he\'ll help her secure the permit in exchange for her being his temporary mate. She accepts the proposal without knowing that by accepting it, her life and everyone else\'s is forever changed.
