I am part Alaskan native. I am a single mom who's whole world revolves around her kid. Writing is therapeutic for me. it's more a hobby and a fun past time than something I do every day. I like to do research about different beliefs and ideas, then incorporate them into my writing. I love to learn new things, love to keep my mind sharp and thinking. I'm always asking questions.

Carol is a woman who knows what she wants. She is half Alaskan native and white. She went to business school in New York where she met her contract husband. Now, two almost three years later she is hiding a big secret while working through a divorce and making her way back home. Grandma helps a little with the adventure by having her go back to school for nursing, and Carol’s best friend helps forge paperwork. She makes her slow trek home with people out to save scared/abused people to happier and better lives. Eventually she makes it to her grandma’s camp in the middle of nowhere Alaska. She spends her pregnancy in solace and quiet. One day she is out with the sled dogs after a nasty blizzard, when she comes across a plane crash. She investigates the wreckage to see if there is any survivors. Only to come across Mr. Sokolov, the Russian mafia leader. She checks him over to see he is still breathing but cold. She has the dogs help pull him out of the wreck and onto the sled. She takes him back to the cabin where she engineers a ramp like thing to get the dogs to pull him inside and in a bed. She heals him only for him to be rude with her. She thinks it's because she, a woman, saved him. In reality? It's because she is pregnant. Mikhail is the Bratva head of the family. He works with the other mafia national families and is the enemy of others. His life is dangerous and unpredictable. There is a family from his past wanting to overthrow him. Half is the recognition of the other families and the other is because of past grievances he didn’t know about. Will these two overcome their differences and admit the attraction between them? Will the rivaling family hurt her to get to him? Will he accept there is a child growing in her belly? Will she be up to trying after accepting the life of a single mother? If she accepts him, will she accept his lifestyle too?

Lusa is part American Native who was raised by a single mother. She was raised believing her father was dead. Her uncle Tom came to her village often to see her. He didn't know that Lusa pretty much raised herself with the help of the village people. One day shortly after graduating high school, she gets a late night visitor who beats her, then a message for dear old pop. It all turned her world upside down. Her father was alive this whole time? Did mom or Uncle Tom know? Why didn't anyone tell her he is still around? Then, there is the fact that her father is the president of a motorcycle club in Washington. He knows of her but didn't raise her. He believed he was too corrupt to raise a girl. He didn't know anything about raising a girl. So he sent his pregnant ol' lady back home with enough cash to raise the little girl. She sent him updates about their daughter often. He didn’t know that other people were raising her. That his ol' lady took the money and lived else were with it. Only coming back when Thomas said he was flying out for a visit. It was a shock to him when a young woman came to the club house demanding a meeting. Later, it is revealed that said young woman was his daughter. He wasn't expecting her demands or the big news she dropped on him, then left as if it didn't matter. That small visit and dropping the "message" changed her life. Her old man put a brother on her for protection. Wherever she went, he went. He wasn't expecting her to be a tough woman who could hold her own. Lusa is a mystery he isn't used to dealing with. It is clear she doesn't need the club or the protection her old man insists on. He is invested now. He can't turn her away and move on. Not this young woman who has almost nothing but more than enough support and people to get things done.
