The moonlight gleamed brightly and brilliantly in all of its glory. This is the ideal time for it. I swung over the cliff's brink with ease. I looked for an elusive hole and found it. The diamond halves were stuffed within. The moonlight suddenly focused on both halves, making them to sparkle. The effect was immediate. As it turned into a magnificent hawk, the halves began to grow into the earth. It began to flutter its wings as if it had been touched by a magic wand. Not only that, but it was expanding at light speed. This was, of course, only visible to vampires. It had expanded three times its original size in the blink of an eye. It continued to expand until it was the size of a typical jet. I suddenly felt compelled to dive onto it. I, on the other hand, did not. The hawk looked at me three times and blinked three times, probably out of curiosity. Then it launched to the air, going for the moon in the dark but welcoming sky. I clenched my teeth as a peculiar sense of agitation washed over me. I closed my eyes as the fog gradually grew thicker around me. I instinctively roared and leapt down the mountain to my ultimate freedom. Or so I reasoned, enslaved by my fantasies and visions of my vampire life's past, present, and future...
