ABOUTquote
My name is Aisha Abdullahi, and I am an aspiring author with a strong passion for storytelling, particularly romance and character-driven fiction. I enjoy creating stories that combine compelling relationships, emotional depth, suspense, and unexpected twists that keep readers turning the pages. For me, writing is more than simply putting words together. I enjoy developing characters with distinct personalities, motivations, flaws, and ambitions, then placing them in situations that challenge their beliefs and relationships. I am especially drawn to stories where romance is intertwined with conflict, personal growth, rivalry, and difficult choices. I am constantly working to improve my writing, strengthen my storytelling skills, and understand what makes a story engaging from beginning to end. I enjoy reading, developing new ideas, and experimenting with different characters and plotlines. These interests continue to inspire me to create stories that are entertaining while still giving readers characters they can connect with emotionally. I am seeking the opportunity to work with Stary as I continue developing my career as a writer. I am committed to producing engaging, consistent, and original stories for readers and to growing alongside the platform. I look forward to building a long-term relationship with my readers and establishing myself as a dedicated author whose stories they can always look forward to.

THE DEVIL WEARS A JERSEY
Updated at Sep 1, 2026, 13:14
Lena Hart loves three things; books, coffee, and her blog. Ryder Blackwell loves two different things: hockey and winning. He's the university star hockey player, the arrogant bad boy nobody can control. She's the quiet girl who would rather spend her whole day in her room than go anywhere near the hockey rink. And now Ryder has acquired a new talent, which is getting on Lena's nerves. Ever since Lena ruined Ryder's favourite Jersey with her favourite Latte, he has been out to get her. Ryder makes the library his favourite place on the campus. Not because he loves books. But because Lena works there. But behind that cocky grin and reckless reputation is a side that nobody knows. As Lena gets closer, she sees more of the devil on ice. Then rumours start spreading, and a rival player gets involved, trying to steal all of Lena's attention from her books and blog to a different side of the ice rink. Ryder has to pick between his bad boy reputation and the world he is trapped in with Lena. Sometimes the person that person that drives you completely crazy is the person you can't live without.
