When Lillian, a troubled 16 year old runs from a mental institution, she finds that there are limited places for her to hide. So instead of hiding she opts to responding to the whispering voices in her head- voices that have been there for as long as she can remember. While seeking comfort in what was to be the last of her freedom, something magical happened and Lillian found that she was no longer in a place that turned their backs on her.
