PROLOGUE The rain was falling heavy that night. The sky was dark with storm clouds, lightning streaking across the sky. Falling from high above the clouds is a body, a man. As he falls, he's laughing. "You know this won't kill me!" the man calls to the being floating above the thunder clouds. "You're going to have to try harder than this gorgeous!" The being that was floating, was a woman. She was beautiful and dressed in your stereotypical heroes' suit, with boots, gloves, and a cape. The giant K on her chest represents her hero's name. "I only brought you here for the view, handsome". she said laughing. The hero points her finger at the falling, laughing man. Suddenly, all the energy and electricity in the surrounding storm rushes to meet at her fingertip, concentrating into a big bright ball of light. With the sound of a thunderclap, the ball left her finger and it hit the man directly in the chest. It propelled him towards the ground with tremendous speed. His body impacted with such explosive energy, it sent tremors in a 50 miles radius. Later in the local news, it would be described as an earthquake. The crater from the man's fall was little more than half a mile wide. The man stood up, picking some pebbles from his hair, unscathed. The hero floated down to the edge of the crater, never touching the ground. Staring in bewilderment the hero said, "You know, I've never met someone who I couldn't stop. Your pretty strong... did that even hurt?". "Not at all sweetheart, it actually tickled a bit."
