As a child abandoned in the Land of Lions, Ailbhe was found and raised by the King Alpha. With her unique shifter abilities she served as the King's most accomplished guard. Ailbhe has she never seen another shifter like herself nor has anyone else within the Land of Lions. After an attempt on her king's life, Ailbhe is sent after the would be assassin, chasing across the lands. She finds trouble at every turn as she learns how unique a shifter she really is, how she ended up in the Land of Lions under protection of the king and who this assassin is.
