Darcietta Moon grew up the eldest daughter in a large family belonging to the Black Brook Pack. The bright blue eye color she bore is only gifted to the Goddesses’ most precious children. It is said that the children of the Moon family are direct descendants of the Moon Goddess herself, and considered a royal lineage that’s long been forgotten about. Yet, no one has explained why she has flecks of fiery-orange swirling around in those blue orbs of hers. The elderly used to tell stories about how the Moon’s are believed to contain a power and authority stronger than Alpha blood. They referred to the term in an ancient dialect most don’t understand, but it’d been told it means “Royal Blood”, or “Blood of the Kings”.
Luna Gretchen's Warning:
"Once every 300 years or so, the goddess gifts the powers of the moon to a female child. This child will lead her pack as the Luna, bringing them incredible strength and prosperity that will bless the pack until the next female Moon child is born. It will pass onto her, and so on for eternity. The female Moon child is stronger than any male Moon child born during her time, meaning she is stronger than her siblings, and her father. The pack the female Moon child resides in will receive countless fortunes, as well as protection. It doesn’t matter if the pack she belongs to isn’t the pack she’s born in, wherever she resides will receive her blessings. Very few know about this prophecy, and even fewer know about Darci. There’s only a handful of people who could have done this. To the people who know of her and what she is, she is highly sought after. The person responsible must be killed swiftly, or we will be facing a war against our pack.”
Join Darci in her journey to becoming Luna, and learning what her true purpose is. When faced with her undying villain, war and chaos havoc her home, bringing death to some of those closest to her. To save her people and all of her kind, she has to do something no one thought possible. The Goddess never told anyone except for her chosen children, and none had ever succeeded. Darci must fulfill the prophecy, or succumb to her enemy. However, this prophecy is not something wolf-kind is prepared for, and they might rebel too.
