Mira is kidnapped and plunged into a world of darkness shadowed by vampires and werewolves. When she is turned accidently by one of her attackers, being human, she has no idea what is happening to her when the moon rises. Once she escapes from her captors she meets Hunter, a vampire clinging to what is left of his humanity. Hunter is appalled by what has happened to Mira and vows to find those responsible and bring them down. It turns into a game of cat and mouse when a plot bigger than either of them can imagine begins to unfold. Although Vampires and Werewolves coexist, the two species are not known to intermingle, so developing feelings between them make things complicated as they seek justice and are now on the run for their lives.
