Bella Thorngarden was quite content running her mother's bookstore and having no prospects for a husband in the quaint little 1800s town she inhabited. All of the townsfolk thought her "too outspoken" and "too wild" for marriage anyway. Bella had already had her heart broken once and now lived peacefully with her mother in the cottage they shared. One day, everything changes when a handsome stranger literally sweeps her off of her feet.
