Every seven years, the world organizes a grand event called The Wish Game to choose the world leader for the next seven years. Representatives of each participating nation fight in a battle royale on the floating island of Atlantis. The winning representative is granted one wish through the heavenly magic 'Caelum', a few powerful countries have dominated the event since its inception but this time things look a bit different.
