Maya has always known she was different, a young mixed girl, adopted into a family that was so full she sometimes faded into the background. No stranger to always being left to figure things out on her own until she meets Quinn. A visitor from out of town who introduces Maya to sides of herself she never knew existed. He's secretive, mysterious, hot and always shows up right when she needs someone. They have more in common than either of them realize and yet, they're living in two completely different worlds. Quinn wants Maya to accept this new part of herself and him too. Maya just wants to find out who can give her the answers she's looking for.
