A dark fairy tale about traps, lures and falling for shadows. Aydan is set on getting his new transport business to succeed and decides to risk taking on an old but faster road to gain extra time for his deliveries. But when he sees an eldritch horror made of shadows by the side of the old road, he expects the creature to be less charming as it tries to trick him with deceitful traps and lure him into an ancient deadly forest that feeds on the blood, the flesh and the greed of the wicked. Even though danger is a constant presence lingering beneath the shades of Redwood’s trees, Aydan keeps coming back to the borders of the forest where the creature made of shadows eagerly awaits his return. After many deceptive lures pulling the unlikely pair together, a last snare will be spun to tie them up for good and Redwood will show them both that no one can escape what its pulsing dark red heart desires.
