(Girl Power - Rebirth of the Heroine Writing Contest) In a dystopian United States where much of the country has fallen into anarchy, gangs are cannibalizing each other in hopes of obtaining dominion over their desired territories. In Michigan, no other territory is more coveted than Detroit, a city that has been owned by the Pathfinder - a gang feared for its viciousness. However, that viciousness is soon tested by a vigilante that begins to make a nuisance of herself in order to take them down. The vigilante ends up paying with her life as she is killed by the gang during the dead of night - however, she is given a second chance at life as she is brought back from death by a tech company, who uses her body as a guinea pig and transforms her into a cyborg. Fueled by rage towards the gang due to her fate, she soon turns herself into a visage of fury as she goes on a personal mission to destroy the Pathfinder and clear the streets of crime, but as her killings intensify, does she become overwhelmed by the growing bloodlust and become more machine than woman?

Taol Vasterburn, a new recruit in the Nent Exploration Team, a decorated society who are tasked to explore the vast world of Nent, sets off on an adventure to learn about the many secrets that lie within the six nations that rest in Nent after his home nation's ruler, Lord Bell, has requested the Exploration Team to seek out the fabled 'edge of the world'. However, as his journey progresses, he soon finds that his adventure takes a more vicious and self-destructive nature as he finds himself in a race against time towards the Edge of the World. At the end of his voyage, he will soon learn that there is more to Nent than he had initially believed, and that he was a part of something that was far beyond his own understanding...
