When Selena is almost killed in a car wreck, due to a drunk driver, she wakes up in a Chinese Hospital, where; she had found out that she was in an Ancient City of Dragons', known as Dracotopia, where; she is to marry The Emperor; Emperor Yin Dragon Wings. While she is Empress, Selena has a lot to learn, & how to use her new powers', that she now has; correctly, as who Emperor Yin calls, The Reborn Dragon Empress; especially, during Chinese New Year.
