Catharsis is the purification or purgation of emotions primarily through art which brings about spiritual renewal or release from tension. I have found solace in writing down my thoughts and emotions for years along with illustrations and pictures I have personally captured along my journey. It is my fervent wish for you, my readers, to find comfort and inspiration in my personal reflections as well as joy and laughter in my attempts to find humor in my own private world.
