Rouges' alarmed through the pack mind link from 20 different warriors. My brotjer Caper and my father were up from their seat rushing towards our front door. "Sorano stay here sweetheart. We'll be back once these mutts are taken care of." My father said in a soft yet serious tone. I hate the fact that they both left me here alone. My father was the beta of the Crescent moon pack and his responsibility was to ensure the safety of the pack along with protecting our Alpha and Luna. My brother was in training to be the next beta, he was a strong fighter and smart he was perfect for the position. I couldn't imagen anyone else for the position.     Its been an hour and a half when the alpha mind-linked us ' The rouge's have been taken care of.' I ran out to the front of the pack house to wait for my father and brother. One by one the warriors had returned some avoid eye contact with me while others gave me sympathetic looks which confused me. Thats when I saw it two cover bodies on stretchers. I could feel my heart start sink as I watched them bring the bodies closer. The alpha stood before me his eyes filled with sorrow. " Sorano along with the ten warriors we lost two of out best beta's this pack has ever seen. Your father Richard and your brother Casper have been taken from us too soon.
