Jason and Katleho (fondly known as Kat) take a break from their busy lives in New York to attend Kat’s sister’s wedding in South Africa, Gauteng. The excitement of this trip fails to go without stress as they have to face the reality that they left behind when they moved to New York together. They have to face the consequences that they avoided, which were caused by how they met and how they decided to be lovers. Some people in South Africa are still hurting even though life has moved on for Kat and Jason. The wedding threatens to not go ahead neither because of Kat’s and Jason’s presence.
