People are winding up kidnapped and then killed in the popular lonely roads of Devil's Creek and these people are popular female celebrities or upcoming celebrities who are victims of this serial killer. It seems the killer has an aversion for celebrities. When the FBI are called to look into the case of Lena Sanders a popular fashion designer who was murdered brutally and find the killer. Two agents are assigned the case and are given a two week ultimatum to find the culprit or be relieved from their badge. They must do whatever it takes.
