Twisted VowsUpdated at Aug 9, 2026, 04:02
Damien’s mouth crashed onto hers like a silent claim. One hand locked at the base of her head, the other pinning her hip to the cold marble of his desk as he kissed her filthy and deep—tongue stroking, teeth grazing, stealing the air straight from her lungs until her knees threatened to give.
He broke the kiss just enough to speak against her swollen lips, voice low and rough. “Does Cole make you feel like this?” Elena’s breath shuddered. Hatred and heat warred behind her eyes.
Damien’s thumb dragged over her lower lip, smearing the evidence of what he’d just done. “Say it. Say you want me. Not him. Not any other man. Only me.”
For one dangerous second her body leaned in. Then she shoved him back hard enough that he had to catch himself on the edge of the desk. She wiped her mouth with the back of her hand, eyes burning. “Bastard.”

Forced into marriage with the Italian don she had despised for years, Elena Petrov is trapped in a blood treaty that binds her to Damien Lorenzo.
She tells herself she hates every second of it—the possessive hands, the dark eyes that strip her bare, the way his presence sets her blood on fire.
But the more she fights the dangerous heat he pulls from her, the more she starts to crave the very man she swore she’d destroy.
