When her boss's mother comes to town, she expects to meet her son's girlfriend. Unfortunately, he doesn't have one. In a desperate attempt to please his mother and save his job, he asks his assistant to pretend to be his girlfriend for the weekend. She reluctantly agrees, but things get complicated when they start to develop real feelings for each other. As the weekend comes to a close, they must decide whether to keep up the charade or admit the truth to his mother and risk losing everything.
