Best friends for so long. Corrine helps out Logan by pretending to be his fiancée. Logan has been pressured by his clan to get married or else his deceased father's business, which is going through bankruptcy, shall be put to danger. Corrine's family helps out Logan to save his father's business. Meanwhile, Corrine is in a secret relationship with his long time boyfriend, Simon. Simon knows about Corrine and Logan. He loves his girlfriend too much that he agrees to help her.

The story happens in Highrise Academy. A high school institution located in a 100-storey building at the heart of the city of Knowe. Students in the academy fights for their place in the school as their grades determines their fate in the school (their position, class, and the kind of treatment they receive from the community).
