John McNally, a young, happy Irish lad is blessed beyond understanding. With wealth, physical beauty and the strength gifted by the Moon Goddess as he is the future alpha of the strongest pack in Europe, he spends his days training and dreaming of his strong, beautiful mate. One day while wondering the hillside by his childhood home, he comes across a small, weak girl with hair and skin the color of ice and eyes that flash lightening. He brings her home to his father who sees no worth in the weak and wants to throw her out into the wilderness to starve and die. This is stopped by the oldest elder of the pack who suddenly takes it upon himself to adopt this girl and protect her from the alpha family. As John grows up, he is poisoned by his father and only values strength and power. He is promised that he will inherit his kingdom once he turns 18 and finds his Luna. What will he do when he finds out that his Luna is the weak “ice child” he found in the hillside? Will he reject this “mutt” as his mate or will he choose to trust in the Goddess and accept her with her strange ways and weak spirit. He makes his choice and learns that he chose poorly.
