Jesia Amsyani is a doctor who works in a hospital. Her husband, Syarif Sabrino, is a hotel manager, who has suffered from frequent illnesses since he was a teenager. Syarif later died after being treated at the hospital where Jesia worked, with a diagnosis of pneumonia, which was later found to be positive for Covid-19. After becoming a widow, Jesia decided to change her job at a Puskesmas located in a very remote village. In that village, Jesia actually met a very hard life. Not a few residents in the village are sick due to forest destruction by illegal loggers. And if the illegal logging activities are not stopped, it will not only be the villagers where the victims fall ill with malaria and even Covid-19, but the environment will also suffer fatal damage. Realizing this, Jesia also tried to fight against all those involved in illegal logging in the village, who were very free to cut down the forest because the local village head was secretly involved. Even though it was very difficult and full of hard struggles, Jesia finally succeeded in conquering the forest encroachers.
