A teenager's life changes for good when she unexpectedly gives birth to not only one but two babies. She only realized when she was giving birth that she was pregnant. Her life changes into a nightmare when those around her, including her parents, abandon her during this difficult time. Far worse, the babies are in a critical condition since they are born premature.
