Now their people are being systematically wiped out by those who call themselves the Santi-O. Ronnie always felt she was born in the wrong dimension. She is a crossbreed; some would say the best of both worlds. At the age of 18 in human years, her predominantly Najie family will be celebrating her 45th Moon Rising. Ronnie should have taken the "Warrior's Run" 5 human years ago... but the leaders began disappearing. Now the Santi-O have come for them all. With no way to claim her Najie birthright without the elders, Ronnie sets out on a mission to find and free her people, even if no one believes her dreams.
