In 2030 the world ~earth was in it's edge and it's dying caused by it's cruel citizen, who has nothing to do in their world but to destroy it , without knowing that they actually destroying the life on earth. The Government of each country decided to make a test to discern its citizens that can determine if they can continue their lives on another planet or not. Every year , only 3% of each country that is 20 in age can have the privilege to get another chance to live their life but only if they can pass every test. Those "privileged " has their own mission once they arrived in the new planet called Garoma ~ a planet that is very far better than earth. They need to study , and learn how the planet is working and so they can make a more convenient life there for a new generation. ONCE they succeed all people from earth can go and live in Garoma ,stated by the government. However General Government of earth has its own plan for the people of earth that has been left behind.
