As she walked away she pondered the ""what ifs" and the "I wish I did differently" to try and decide if that's how things should have ended. It shouldn't matter if Lilah was flirting with Mel, it's not like she and Lilah were together... But a big piece of Luna will always wonder if slipping away quietly and not fighting for Li was the right thing to do. Is she going to regret this too?
