HATE FOR MATES AND WEREWOLVESUpdated at Mar 7, 2026, 14:34
Mates are supposed to be a Werewolve's divine happiness, they're supposed to be ones own guiding lights, and werewolves according to the books and their Moon Godess are supposed to be superior
My name is Kira, and I hate both werewolf and mate and to me the moon Godess is nothing a jobless liar who pairs people she believes should go together, do they actually go together? No!! Instead they kill, harm and hate each other all in the name of a significant other.
I prefer the human way of finding love, it's special, it's beautiful, it's unique, It has its ups and downs but at least Brett and Trina are still together, my favourite poster human couple.
In the books, werewolves are superior beings, and their "destined" matches are perfect. But Kira has seen the reality: the blood, the obsession, and the broken hearts left in the wake of "fate." To her, the human way of loving is the only thing that’s real. It’s chosen, it’s messy, and it’s beautiful—unlike the biological trap of a mate. Kira doesn't want a pack; she wants a human life, a human "happy ever after," and to leave her dormant wolf in the shadows forever.
Then she meets Him.
He’s everything she despises: a powerful werewolf, a ruthless competitor, and a dangerously tempting god who seems to exist solely to get under her skin. He doesn’t just want to win the game; he wants to unravel her.
Kira decides to play along, certain her hatred is a shield no wolf can pierce. But as the heat between them rises, the line between rivalry and desire begins to blur. Will her hatred be her salvation, or will her dormant wolf finally break its chains? In a game where the heart is the ultimate prize, Kira is about to find out if you can truly outrun the Moon—or if she’s destined to burn alongside the man she swore to never love.
