Balladyna grew up in near secrecy after her parents fled Europe in hopes of a “ better life” , even though prior to leaving their life was perfect . They left with her in a panicked rush leaving behind her pack and all loved ones. Her life changed over night from comfortably living in a castle with her pack and protection to living life in near poverty on the run and never staying too long in one place and never near other wolves nor making any friends ever, and never telling anyone the truth about who she or her family really are . On the day of her 18th birthday as she feels the pull to the nearest forest to make her first shift in secret , she stands under the moonlight feeling as though her body is on fire only to realize feel heartbreak upon realizing that she cannot shift. Near tears with her hopes broken she falls to the ground feeling like her body is on fire and tearing into a thousand pieces suddenly an irresistible and comforting scent of gingerbread and oranges surrounds her and her body taking away pain and replacing it with desire as she hears “ mate”… as she turns around she sees a pair of glowing golden eyes , as a giant wolf like creature pounced at her and grabs her! The last thing she remembers as she screams before passing out is the heavenly voice coming from the creature saying “ mine!” Suddenly Balladyna’s seemingly meaningless wandering life turns completely around once again! She wakes up on a plane with a tall stranger sitting in the shadows across from her , she should be terrified yet she’s oddly calm and mesmerized by the golden eyes of the godlike strangers watching her intently with concern, she with a shaky voice managed to mumble out “ who are you , where are you taking me ?!” , “ home, you have been lost for too long my queen”the man says calmly and warmly with a hint of sadness in that deep hypnotic voice.Queen?! She scoffs she’s no queen just a whisper of a person that nobody knows! Who is this stranger , what was the creature who grabbed her ?… What happened after that creature grabbed her ?
