Ina returns to a small Dalmatian island expecting a quiet break from her life on the mainland. Instead, on her first morning in the harbour, a bloodstained phone is thrown through her car window—and the man on the other end is someone she watched die eighteen months ago.
Marko Vuković was buried. She attended the funeral. She heard his watch hit the concrete.
