Ashes of the Chosen: The Wolf Witch ProphecyUpdated at Sep 20, 2025, 03:37
Lyra looked around slowly, she didn't know where was but she knew certainly that this wasn't any where in Lunaria well Moonshold the runes and the way it looked very lush, the Aura was very different but also welcoming, it didn't look like anywhere in Lunaria and she looked back she was her grandmother standing there her eyes were closed “Nana” and moved towards her but it seems like as she called her, the more she moved closer towards her grandmother the more she moved back and her grandmother suddenly opened her eyes, there were green in colour ... .no white parts.“You are here,” her grandmother said, but it sounded like an echo of thousands of voices.“Nana, what do you mean I am here?” she asked but her grandmother ignored her questions “If you are here that means it has already started, your awakening has already begun, you must be strong not for anybody but yourself. Remember all that I have taught you…..nature gives us what we need, our voice is our greatest weapon.” Her grandmother said as she began to fade away.Lyra was visibly shaking and the air changed. She could hear the screams of people, the clash of swords, she was scared to turn back, she didn't know what she would see, and she heard a different voice, not just one voice, as if people were chanting together.“Let the bearer hold our might but never wield it whole until flame meets flame and the last Thorneborn calls it home.”Lyra wanted to turn back, and she felt like someone had pushed her into the sea, and she was drowning.Born, cursed, branded an outcasta world where wolves are born to rule and witches are forced to extinction. She is neither nor both. Plagued by seizures and stripped of her rank, she is the lowest of the wolves, forced to serve those whom she once called family. But fate remembers. When the Alpha King arrives, his presence ignites something she never knew existed within her.a bond that defies laid down rules, a whisper of ancient clan, and a prophecy that speaks her name. The wolf within her sleeps. The witch's blood burns. And destiny is far from kind. She has no wolf. She has no power. She doesn’t even have a name that commands respect.Yet the prophecy calls her the key to end a great Rift. To rise, she must be forged through fire despite the cruelty of her own kind, the sting of betrayal, and the agony of rejection from the very man fate has bound her to.Between a kingdom ruled by wolves and the ashes of a witch bloodline, she is the spark that could bring balance again. But when she accepts her role, she will have to choose:remain broken in the shadows…or embrace the role that had been bestowed upon her by fate.
