Here\'s what you need to know about me. I\'m a stay-at-home mom of FOUR, and I\'m the oldest of SIX, so life has never been dull, nor has it been boring. I have been writing since Middle School, starting with the dramatically cheesy, wannabe love stories, moving into fan-fiction about supporting characters in movies or books that I thought were wronged and didn\'t get the ending that they deserved or ended up with the wrong person. I have more fanfiction about made-up characters with the real life ones from the WWE, creating drama and love with them. I have been told a time or two that I have an overactive imagination that gets away from me sometimes. I like to think that, like other writers, I put a little bit of myself into my characters. I like to use music and writing as my escapes. So, when you see a character getting lost in music or you find them getting lost in a whole other world that they are busy creating by writing, that\'s the part of me that I tried to put in. I would like to think that I create characters that are easy to relate to, even on your worse days. I think it\'s important to have a character that makes you feel seen. I think that if you read about a character who has struggled trying to love themselves because they had been bullied all their life for their weight or the way they looked. Or when you get to watch as they survive to become strong, independent adults when they come from an awful childhood. So, that\'s what I write about. I write about the girls who think they are too broken to love because someone made them feel like they weren\'t worth it, one too many times. I write about the girls who don\'t trust easily because the people who were supposed to have their backs let them down time and time again. I write about the stories I heard from kids growing up about how awful foster care is or how they didn\'t have parents who loved them enough to care about where they were every minute of every day. I hope one day that I can say I did something with this whole writing thing. And if I got one solid book with actual pages to flip in the hands of at least one person? I think that would be pretty cool.
