"You've got to be serious..."
There was no way that in front of Elias was his ex-best friend. The guy he got drunk with even if they had exams the next day, the guy who stole his cup noodles because he was too broke to afford anything, the guy he had conversations with until the sun came up.
There was no way that this was the same person he had feelings for.
"Elias, it's been a long time. You still have the same terrible taste in fashion, though, that isn't the slightest bit surprising." Trystan said as he inched closer to the other man.
"I need to ask you a favour" he continued, Elias felt a wave of frustration wash over him and didn't notice when his back hit the wall, "You...you were gone for years, you didn't even call or text me once. I didn't even know if you were alive! But now you expect me to do what you want? Are you insane?" Elias didn't think twice as he swung his fist. Trystan barely flinched as the punch landed on his face, but he grabbed Elias' wrists and didn't budge when Elias struggled to break free.
"Indulge me, please. I'll explain everything if you listen, because believe me, that isn't the crazy part." Elias realised he had no escape, so he decided to hear his former friend out. "Alright, this better be worth the time I wasted on you. What do y-" Before he could finish, Trystan grabbed both of his wrists and pinned him to the wall, he was so close to Elias that he could feel the older man's breath against his neck.
"W-what the hell are you-"
"Marry me."
