Eric Tatum thought he met the girl of his dreams but when she brings him home to the Bayous of Mississippi to meet her family those dreams turn into nightmares. His girlfriend's family seems like an odd bunch and when the unexplained and unimaginable starts to unfold, Eric learns that there is ancient folklore that is still beloved by the town folks and he becomes entangled in rituals and spells that are foreign to him. Eric now finds himself fighting for his sanity and his life when survival becomes the key for him and his two friends. Will they make it out of the Bayou of Brokenness?
