'Everything happens for a reason.' No. Was all Emery would say. Possibly the most pessimistic and close minded person ever, 'I don't believe it until I see it.' Was her life quote and main belief, she would shun anyone who believed in anything different, constant arguments over the Supernatural world. But maybe Emery is too quick too judge, and irony soon clouds over her when she is approached by a dark stranger claiming she is in danger and he is to help her, but why would a stranger even know of her existence? There is more to the sad, pessimist that everyone pitied. Angels vs Demons, danger, magic, deception, beautiful strangers with glowing eyes, everything Emery argued against is all in a world and she is thrown into it and forced to survive. But why is everyone out for her and can she open her mind to the possibility there is more to life than being born, dying and whatever happens in between.
