Laying here with tears in my eyes, remembering what my life used to be like. I used to be so happy with my mum and dad. My parents loved me so much, every day giving me cuddles and kisses. Wishing more than anything I could be with them again. My parents were Beta’s of the Orange Moon pack. Me and Matthew played together all the time. He was the Alpha’s son. We were best friends. It was a sunny Tuesday morning, and we were playing in the gardens when the pack was attacked. We raced home screaming as loudly as we could for help. There was a thunder of feet and a loud roar behind us. Matthew was whipped away just as Alpha came crashing out of the berry bushes. Seeing his only child in the large jaws of the rogue, hearing his child’s cries of pain as he was crushed to death. There was no coming back for the Alpha after something like that. So, the pack started to break apart, there was an uprising as the Alpha was no longer doing his job anymore because of his heart break. My parents tried to save the pack, but Alpha killed them, not wanting to give up his pack. Alpha himself died not long after, as he was to week from the fight. I should never have run away.
