Sunshine Jones hates everyone, often gets into trouble, and loves getting into fights. A North loves everyone, gets along with everyone, and always tries to make everyone happy. A, notices Sunshine, who's always seems to be in a bad mood, and tries to befriend her. As they learn more about eachother, they realize they both have been hiding behind masks.

Salem North goes to church camp expecting to have fun and make new friends. She did not expect, however, to start to actually want to strengthen her walk with the Lord, meet people who quickly become like family to her, and meet a guy who catches her interest and affection.
