For the last one hundred years, the one world government known as the United Regime has abducted its citizens to perform confidential experiments to manifest abilities in its people using scavenged alien technology in order to create an army dedicated to controlling the masses. In this story, we find the subject 8231A wake with no recollection of who he is and where he came from.
