World War 4 had left the world broken. The world has fallen to chaos. Martial law has been put in place as governments has fallen. Where there were governments there were now "Overseers". The world used to be divided into 195 countries, now there are 6 countries. There have been many factions of "rebels" that has been trying to oppose this rule. Most of them crushed by the military might, leaving the remnants too broken and scattered to organise themselves to fight the rule, and they are reduced to pillaging and kidnapping just to survive. James, a deserter of the military, is a man on the run, hunted by both sides of the law. Rin, a girl who is on the run, trying to hard survive hoping that one day she will be reunited with her family members. Their paths crossed when she broke into an abandoned house. Misunderstandings, doubts, and mishaps surface. Rin claims she is on the run from the "slavers" and "rebels" those who has taken her family and she was lucky to get away. James thinks that she is either a spy or an informant to the "Overseers" or the "rebels". Given the current circumstances and what is happening to the world, can he afford to take her at her word? Will she ever find and reunite with her family once again? What will they find in this broken world?
