Through my stories, I want to explore the many faces of love: the excitement of falling, the comfort of staying, the pain of losing, the courage to begin again, and the hope of finding someone who feels like home.My stories are centered on characters who are imperfect, complicated, and deeply human. They may make mistakes. They may say the wrong things at the wrong time. They may run away when they should stay or stay when they should have walked away. They may carry wounds from their past that no one else can see. But beneath all their flaws is a desire that many of us understand—to be loved, understood, chosen, and accepted exactly as we are.I believe the best romance stories are not simply about two people falling in love. They are about two people discovering themselves while loving another person. They are about the journey between “Who are you?” and “I know you.” They are about the little moments that slowly build something meaningful: a shared laugh, an unexpected conversation, a hand reaching out at the right time, a secret confessed under the cover of darkness, a familiar voice that suddenly feels like the safest sound in the world, or a simple “I’m here” when everything else seems to be falling apart.I love writing the moments that happen between the big moments.The stolen glances.The accidental touches.The conversations that begin with something ordinary but somehow become unforgettable.The silence between two people who already understand what words cannot express.The messages typed and deleted a hundred times.The “goodnight” that secretly means “I wish you were here.”The arguments that reveal feelings neither character was ready to admit.The almost-confessions.The missed chances.The second chances.And, most importantly, the moments when two people finally realize that what they have been searching for may have been standing beside them all along.Romance, for me, does not always have to be perfect. In fact, I believe imperfections make love stories more beautiful. Real love can be messy. People can love each other deeply and still hurt each other. They can have different dreams, different fears, different ways of expressing affection, and different ideas of what forever should look like. Sometimes love means holding on. Sometimes it means letting go. Sometimes it means waiting. And sometimes it means having enough courage to walk away from something that no longer allows you to grow.That is why I want my characters to experience more than just the happiness of being together. I want them to experience uncertainty, jealousy, misunderstandings, distance, heartbreak, forgiveness, vulnerability, and personal growth. I want readers to see that love is not simply a destination. It is a journey, and every journey comes with beautiful roads, unexpected turns, difficult seasons, and moments when you wonder whether you should keep going.My stories may begin with attraction, but I want them to grow into something deeper.I want chemistry that is more than physical.I want conversations that reveal personality.I want characters who challenge each other.I want relationships built on trust rather than convenience.I want affection that can be found in the smallest gestures.I want love interests who are not simply there to complete one another, but who are already complete individuals learning how to share their lives.Most of all, I want to write characters who have lives outside their relationships. They have dreams, ambitions, families, friendships, insecurities, responsibilities, and personal battles. Falling in love becomes part of their story—not the entirety of who they are.
