I am a single mom of four very active boys. I am thankful that they all go to school so that I can have an opportunity to think and do something for myself. I love to read romantic novels about werewolves, vampires, and witches with spells. I enjoyed it so much that I thought that I would give it a try by trying to create a story all my own. I am also a Scentsy Independent Sales Consultant with my own personal website. I enjoy getting the chance to meet new people as well as helping them with their scent needs by giving them the information that they need to find that perfect scent to fill the room, especially when we want to sneak an opportunity for a late-night, more often all night till 3 or 4 in the morning that continues into the next day reading session. I really enjoy getting to write and meet new readers. I finally finished my very first book called The Wolf and His Queen. I am working on Book 2: The Wolf and His Queen "The Engagement". I also have 2 other works in process, that I do hope you like!!! I enjoy it when a story has a lot of twists and turns in it, so I know the frustration that comes when a story is created with these particular illegal cliffhangers in it! I look forward to seeing how my other stories will turn out. I can't wait to read your comments from readers and other authors alike. I would love to answer any questions or concerns about where any of my books are headed. Enjoy for now as there is a lot more to come. Happy Reading!!!

My name is Rosalynn, and I am a princess of The Kingdom of the Riverlands. However, once I returned home, I was informed that in the wake of the sudden death of my parents who ruled before me, I would have to complete a list of tasks in order to rightful rule my kingdom. In doing so, I would have to travel to the surrounding areas within and around my own kingdom to let them know I would be the one ruling instead of my beloved parents before me. On the morning I was to start to complete this very long list of tasks, I opened my eyes thinking this was going to be a very long day indeed. Just then, I heard a knock on the door. "Come in," I said. A servant walked into the room with a silver tray in her hands and a blank expression on her face. She came over to where I was seated still on the bed and set the tray on the side table beside the bed. After she left the room, I stood up and adjusted my silk sleeping gown as I walked to the bathroom and washed my hands after relieving myself from waiting so long. When I walked back into the room, I had a smile on my face as I admired the place I was visiting. I tried to take in all the custom wooden carved walls around the rock and stone masonry artwork. The warm and happy sensation went away when I noticed that the lid to the food tray had been moved to the side from where it was, from when the servant first brought the tray into the room. You could still see the steam rising from the food as if the lid had just been removed a moment before I came out of the bathroom. “Is anyone there?” I spoke loudly, as to try and ease my mind a bit. I knew this old castle had secret pathways but I was informed upon arriving here that they were all shut up and no longer used. Just then I heard something over by the window which was hidden behind the curtains. I quickly looked over in that direction as I walked over closer to the window. I swiftly pulled back the curtains with both hands and noticed that the window was indeed open. I remember that I distinctly checked it before I went to bed last night and I had ensured that it was shut and locked. I again looked at my surroundings as I quickly walked over to the door of the room. I opened it up with a quick turn of the handle and jumped as I did so. I was surprised when I noticed the guard that I had placed outside the room door was not there. Now I was starting to get a bit nervous. After the sudden and unexpected death of my parents, could that mean that someone was trying to hurt me as well? This whole thing caught me off guard and I stood there stunned. Just then, I heard footsteps from behind me and there was a strange scent in the air. Before I had a chance to turn around, I was grabbed from behind with one arm that went around both of my arms. I tried to scream for help, but whoever this was kept holding me tightly to their chest. They continued squeezing me so tight that it made it hard for me to breathe. I struggled to gain my freedom when their other hand placed a folded cloth over my mouth and nose. I tried not to panic as I was forced to breathe in something the cloth was soaked in. I knew I was going to lose consciousness soon and tried to remember every last detail about the person who attacked me before I blacked out. I tried to remember the smell as they got close and how tall they were as they had me pressed up against them tightly. Then everything went dark.
